I suggest you take a look into who you have given RCON too and review...

(Does your server record DVAR changes? If so, I would suggest looking into who was on the server at the time of the DVAR being changed)

If you can achieve it with jump_height_40 then you must be able to achieve it normally. Cheating or not, I can't say for sure.

But when this was discovered (Back in CoD2) we found out Atze cheated on a lot of demos by changing jump height.

40 is just like minimal difference... If you can manage with 40, even though it's cheating, doing it with 39 is doable.

Silly theory. There will ALWAYS be a maximum. The maths behind the strafe jump says there is a set limit due to a maximum achievable height and velocity. If I achieve maxmimum height and velocity I may (for example) reach 320. If I change the max height, there is every chance I will reach 321.

We MAY have already reached the limit, and until someone beats it without cheating, this will remain the case.

Technically 322 is possible with normal jump height, however, as it has been done with scripts.

Yes, but all a script does is optimize every single bit of movement a person does. No settings are actually altered, it is simply a strafe jump performed without human error. That therefore means that with all normal settings, if a person were to do it just right, they could in fact make a 322.

Surely if a jump is possible with scripts its possible without? But it would have to be the perfect strafe
