Few Questions about CoD4 SP Jumping

First: How would i record them? Like with demos or something?

Second: How would i like use a movie config for them?

Third: How would i load/save my position.

I am planning to make a new single player jumping showcase soon. And if i can get these questions sorted out, i can do it.

First: How would i record them? Like with demos or something?

When you want to start recording: /record [name]
When you want to stop recording: /stoprecord

Once in the main menu
When you want to play the demo: /demo [name]
then simple use Fraps or avidemo

Second: How would i like use a movie config for them?

C:\Program Files\Activision\Call of Duty 4 - Modern Warfare\players\profiles\
Then your profile name and place the .cfg file there

Third: How would i load/save my position.

save 1: double knife
load 1: double use

save 2: knife + shoot
load 2: use + shoot

save 3: knife + hold shoot
load 3 use + hold shoot

He's talking about SP. Fraps it, then hope you don't need 333 FPS, or hope that you can actually make 333FPS with Fraps running

Demos don't work in SP, so you have to Fraps (or avidemo or w/e everybody is using these days) it. Everything in the SP Showcase was done on Fraps with 60FPS (http://www.youtube.com/user/codjumper#p ... fkkBy2A_2I) and some quite impressive jumps are possible.

For the config I would imagine putting your config in your main folder and typing /exec config.cfg into your console would work although I have not personally tried this (and devmap would probably be required to get the full effects of the cfg)

You cannot save or load your position in SP, the way it was done in the showcase was nocliping back to the spot you were if you failed the jumps and cutting out the failed attempts (so again, devmap required).
