i need render settings please!!!

hey i need sony vegas 8 0r 9 render settings for cod4
because everyone of codjumpers videos looks amazing and if there is anything other than fraps that is good please tell me because fraps is laggy when i watch a demo

you can use avi demo while watching a demo so when you start up a demo and need to record something do like /cl_avidemo 60 or /cl_avidemo 120

For render settings I use

.avi
HDV 720 (1280x720)
Frame Rate 50,00 (Double PAL)
Video format uncompressed

and others default.

After render I use Easy H.264 and make it .mp4. Just google Easy H.264 and some tutorial for it.

and by render setings i mean like color correction and brightness and stuff like that and also how can i make fraps not lag when i watch/record a demo and 1 more thing how come cod4player does not work when i try like slow motion and stuff like that?

Color corrections and brightness settings are up to you. There ain't "right" ones. Just mess with all them and try to get something good. Fraps always lags a little, but it doesn't matter unless it comes out laggy. Are you sure you are pressing keypad buttons in CoD4Player? You can alternatively just type /timescale (default=1) in console.
