CoD4 Server

Well i've been trying to setup my own cod4 cause I wanna do some climb bounces with a friend. But for some reason, they cannot connect to me. I have forwarded all my ports, and made a static ip, but they still cannot connect. Can anyone help?

That are the settings i use to run a listen server:

Then open the console, type /showip and the second ip is the one your friend need to connect (without port)
