But this goal, like I said, is just totally lame and there's no honor in it. It's maybe funny to a certain degree, but man...

I don't see anything wrong with it. The keeper should have the presence of mind to make sure the coast is clear before rolling the ball out, and fair play to the striker for exploiting his mistake. Sure, the conceding team will feel hard done by (it's even happened to a Newcastle game I went to years ago - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OonOXv6u4CU), but they wouldn't be complaining if they scored the goal themselves. If anything, it makes the game more interesting, so can't be too bad.
