Instead of doing the hard strafe jump (by De$t!nY), you can just jump on the edge of the roof, and "slide" to the bridge. Pretty easy..
You are jumping over the fence, so no panzerjump needed (You can jump over the fence with 333 fps though)

The second one, is a bit more difficult, and a panzerfaust is needed. You get access to one rooftop, and you can just simply jump from there, to the bridge. Easy

Both of these jumps requires that you can get onto the bridge, and from there to the other roofs. Watch Arnhem16 if you dont know how to do it.
