Try Alt + F4, once in-game.
Sometimes it can be buggy and not working. In that case, try it again till it works.

Yeah Alt + F4 often works, and Ctrl + W sometimes helps people.

Maybe after you've done that try typing /quit into console, and if that doesn't work why don't you just buy the actual game you dick.
