Hmm don't get it.

1. there are 21 different letters in the sentence above and just 18 in the diagram thing.
2. the letter L isn't in the diagram and im assuming the sentence starts with that.

Also don't understand any of this
KeyLen = 4,38819
IC_analyzed = 0,04655
IC_provided = 0,0667
Mode = polyalphabetic
Probally thinking the wrong way xD

My guess would be something about Louis Hamilton tough ^^

Have no clue whatsoever about cryptograms, but I tried to see what I could find out from it, and after 5 minutes, all I got was:

KEY: ?'s mean that I have no clue as to how they are associated with the phrase, so I just threw it in there D:
F,G,K, L, Q, V, X, Z <-------- missing letters from the chart.
5,6,11,12,17,22,24,26
1,2,2, 0, 1, 1, 3 ,2
5+12+22+0+17+22+72+52 = 222 ?

NcXRmxdyz ad oqmkzay ifo hbm tpgn kgxaovaem <--- phrase

HINT: LOUIS ? caps?

NXR ? <---- all capital letters in the phrase.
14,24,18 ?

add = 56 ?

9 2 7 3 3 4 9 <--- number of letters in each word

add = 37
subtract = -19
multiply = 40824
divide = 0.00198412698

IC_analyzed = 0,04655
IC_provided = 0,0667
Mode = polyalphabetic

Matty: Hoogie how do you do it
Hoogie: Don't know, its some sort of cryptogram but don't know how to solve it.
Matty: I'll just post a random number
*48 posted in cj forum*
Hoogie: No lol, its not a number you have to make a sentence.
Matty: Oh..
