NEED HELP !!

Hey ya Guys ... i need help at mapping/converting... because if i convert my map the cod4 pop up like 4 sec and then it says me at cmd could not load mp_blahblah d3dbsp WTF WHY o.O i placed all spawns and all that o.O pld write back :)
