recording problem

ok so i was using fraps to try and record and once i finishe dand opened it my quicktime player and windows media wont play it. Anyone know why?

how do u open it up to edit it once u get it to play in that. And also how do i join games on 4. Like on most cods there is find match and watever but it just says join game and it just stays on setting up game forever., I can start my own game but i cant join games.
