Well to run COD4 both of those PC's would do the job, but, I doubt that u'll get any good fps with the integrated graphics card, I'd say with both of those PC's with full bright on custom maps u might get 250fps, the processor is not bad. But for the price, that's a total rip off, you could get at least 2 times better machine for that price. My suggestion is, as drofer said, look somewhere else than PC world, if you cant build the PC urself, look in some small private shops or something, they always have everything cheaper. Also, look for a AMD processor and ATI graphics card. If you had a choice, between Intel and AMD, at the same price you would buy a more powerful AMD processor, same goes with Nvidia and ATI.
I myself build my PC about half of year ago(or maybe a year ago cant remember), I bought the parts on ebay, everything together and I haven't payed more than the PC's you suggested and my PC is much more powerful than those 2.
Also, when you're buying a PC, they always note stuff like the processor, graphics card, ram etc, but not often other parts. Watch out when you're buying a PC what kind of PSU it has. Most of the PC's they sell in shops these days got some cheap crappy chinese PSU's which arent able to take full power of graphics card and other hardware. Make sure that the PSU has at least 500W(would be better if more) and that it also has 12v1 and at least one more, 12v2 with at least 18a on each. Don't worry if you dont know what I'm talking about, just make sure that it doesn't have only 12v1 and no others, most modern graphics cards require more amps and a single rail won't do the job well.
