jump further in different servers?

ok so whenever i join a codjumper server i can definitely jump and strafe further than if i start my own session so why is that and what are the settings or whatever

Other than ping or an admin messing around with gravity (which would be incredibly noticeable and only for brief periods) the only reason would be psychological.

I assure you it isn't. However, here are a few more possibilities why it might be different not related to settings on our server:

1. You are turning off graphical things via our mod's context menu which would increase and make your FPS steadier
2. You are playing custom maps on our servers which would give you higher fps because custom maps have less content to render
3. If you are playing classes that carry heavier weapons like assault then you will run slower and therefore not jump as far in normal servers. In our servers all the classes move at the same speed because no one has primary weapons (this speed is equivalent to weapons like the MP5, AK74, Mini Uzi, and shotguns.

As said, the only difference is that you are probably using a class with a run speed modifier.
All of our classes are set to 100% speed...

There is one server where you can jump further. I don't know which it is. It's also possible he always jumps on that server when he jumps in public.

its not oldschool and i changed all the graphics to off and still i cant jump nearly as far idk im on a mac if that matters
