Quick save and load commands?

Hi all had the quick load command whereby you dont need to double f to load and i noticed some people also have a quick save where they dont need to knife.
Something to do with openscript in console does anyone know these binds please.

Use F3-F12(f1 and f2 for votes) and 1-0(maybe not 1/2 for weapon switch)

Oh I didn't know that I could use function keys, thanks!...
I'm using 6 for save/load, 3 for FPS, 2 for packages, 2 for elevators and 1 for lag...
