Have you downloaded the files from our redirect and used them?

My best guess considering the last comment above is that you have 1 of 2 issues.
1. The IWD files has somehow been converted to a zip/rar files
(Make sure you have 'show file extensions for known file types' on)
2. Installation directory on server is wrong.

For number 2, you are going to need to allow someone access to fix.
