Your going about the number one wrong. But you have a good idea of thinking, but why would the answers be 1600 and 1700 when they could be 16 and 17.would that make midnight 00:30 ? instead of 00:00...am i right with that??
i dont know but i think with the first question the digits have 2 add up2 9...for example, 2+2+5=9 so she likes it, 2+2+4=8 so she does not like it, 9+0+0=9 so she likes it, 8+0+0=8 so she does not like it, 1+4+4=9 so she likes it, 1+4+5=10 so she does not like it....u get the idea?
wtf are you doingPedsdude wrote:2) If two typists can type two pages in two minutes, then one typist can type two pages in four minutes, so we need to get a ratio going here:
We need to find 18 pages in 6 minutes, and we have two cases with the same number of pages (2 pages), so divide 18 by 9 to get 2. Divide 6 by 9 to get .... hmm.... this is getting rather confusing and I think im going wrong, so I guess 6
