Sounds like some "good" news for MW2. Considering this basically came with all previous CoDs, I'm not impressed.

Yeah, take away my lean, dedicated servers, any kind of user support and then MAYBE give me some mod tools to work with. Sorry IW, I got buttfucked enough by you. Keep your modtools, I'm gonna go play with legos.

Re: Mod-tools in work for MW2
Hmm, will this mean I will have to reconsider my support for this community and provide them witha working mod, or do I stick to my guns and kep my fingers stuck up at IW?
Either way, I am pretty sure those who have already decompiled the CoDJumper mod will convert the code over for you, not like anyone gives a shit who does the work as long as they get the mod -.-

Re: Mod-tools in work for MW2
But doesn't this mean something atleast ? I mean, wasn't there loads of bitching going on because modding, mapping etc wasn't possible ?

After someone ass rapes you, do you forgive them? No, you don't. If they later give you some cream to make your ass feel better, do you forgive them? No. Why? BECAUSE THEY JUST ASS RAPED YOU.[SoE]_Zaitsev wrote:But doesn't this mean something atleast ? I mean, wasn't there loads of bitching going on because modding, mapping etc wasn't possible ?

I'm not justifying this. What I wonder is, how will this work without dedicated servers ?Soviet wrote:After someone ass rapes you, do you forgive them? No, you don't. Re: Mod-tools in work for MW2
Well, you see, it all starts with a careful balancing process to ensure mod tools are balanced for everyone. Of course, to ensure this they may have to remove things such as pistols, weapon skins, and servers with over 12 players. However, in the end it will all be worth it, because with mod tools none of these things would be balanced any longer.[SoE]_Zaitsev wrote:I'm not justifying this.
