Tired of Infinity Ward locking down the PC version of MW2? No problem!
This program will allow you to bring back the globally loved
developer console in the game! Plus, it will unlock important cvars like
cg_fov to change the field-of-view at the same time!

I hope with the release of this program, Infinity Ward will un-neuter
Modern Warfare 2 officially.

NOTE: By using this program, you agree that any consequences of usage
shall not be imposed on the programmer (AgentGOD). Use at your
own will and risk! I, the programmer, will NOT be held responsible
in the event that you are banned by VAC.

With that in mind, the program should NOT trigger a VAC-ban, but I cannot
make any guarantees.

Usage:
------
Run LoaderX.exe.
Click Auto-Inject.
Launch Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Single/Multiplayer.
Enjoy the tilde (~) key in its full glory.

Considering that he has 152 fps in that SS, and they supposedly capped fps at 91 and no one is supposed to be able to change it, I believe it is safe to assume that changing FPS is possible via console.

FPS can be unlocked by setting com_maxfps to "0" btw!

This is very tempting but I'll wait til IW unlocks console in a patch They can't hold us back forever.

EDIT: Anyone know any ways of restricting your FPS without setting it in-game?

mh .. i tested that .. works fine
i was able to change fov .. enbable player_sustainammo ... and use filmtweaks
but for fps .... we only can set the maxfps from 0 to 100 ......
devmap dont work
but i can record demos ... with /record bla
so the game made a demo and saved it to the main folder ...
i tryed to play it up but the game says "Demo.dm_13 not found"

I start the LoaderX,click auto inject and it only searching....Searching...Searching..I have the game outside of the Steam....Thankfully,it's a pirated version so it win't install itself to C: where my space continously dissappears from itself,i have to restart the computer every 5-6h to be able to watch vids on YT or something..So the console thing just doesn't work :C

edit:T4D has "incompatible game" error...this crack is shit as shit...

You can set the fps by fraps... Although this needs a lot of gigabytes space and a true monster for a computer...
When recording a video you can set the fps which the video will be recorded

This makes the fps of the game metered... You will also need to delete the movies afterwards because movies with 250 fps are VERY VERY BIG in bytes...!

Also you can google an FPS game seter... You can give it a try...
