What to do about ticket scam?
Hey.
My sister bought two Muse tickets for november from http://www.ukticketfactory.com, which cost her 130 euros. Today she found out that the site is a scam(quick google shows this). Unfortunately she isnt really into computers and websites so she didnt really realise that it might not be legit.
Anyway she forked out 130 euros about 3 months ago and shes just reallly dissappointed, what can be done about the situation? Is she entitled to her money back and if so where would she get her money?
I dont know much about as far as these go but if anyone has any ideas please please post.

Also, be prepared to not receive any money back, it is hard for Trading standards to track these people, let alone get the money back from them.

Thinking about it, when should this be done, if the show was meant to be in November? the tickets still have the 'chance' of being sent out, but they will not be because everyone else who has bought tickets has not recieved them.
