Config. Yeah the elevators are good but the quality ........... Avidemo is best to use if you don't need ingame sound anyways, but it eats HDD space so.

I agree, quality. Just record with whatever low graphics you need to get the fps you want, then when you playback and either record with fraps or use avidemo, turn your graphics all the way up and disable unnecessary stuff like the lag meter and maybe even the hud. The actually content was good though, and the editing, while simple, was nice.
