They obviously coded it with no wait timing. A simply 0.05 seconds wait timer would make it so the game ends and then the bomb explodes... but nvm

Basically, every frame is played at a number, like a video.
Frames are at a 0.05seconds, If you happen in between (for example)
Bomb countdown = 30 seconds
Bomb explosion = @30 seconds.
30:00:00 - 30:00:04 are the times that BOTH explosion and bomb defuse timer ending. If you hit this exact window of opportunity, then both events may occur, but the first event is defuse...
(That is my logical explanation, unless their code is just plain crap)
