I was going to reply to you before, but it was like 5 minutes before I had to head out to school, so I just gave Zaitsev a +1.

From what I understand, you believe that elevators are a pile of shit because they are easy and a bug in the cod4 engine. By saying that, I can assume that you believe that strafe jumping is ALSO a pile of shit because it is another bug in the cod4 engine which is fairly easy to perform. Whomever made the engine used in cod4 did not want all of the qualities from the Quake engine (in this matter, strafe jumping). If they wanted strafe jumping, then they would not have made dvars which slow down your speed after you jump. Strafe jumping is just another bug inside of the engine, along with the qualities gained by changing your fps (which I believe is a bug in the main Quake3 engine?), the boost which RPGs give when shot downward (I don't think of it as a bug because of physics, but I thought I would throw it in there), stacking, freeze stacking (freezing in mid-air isn't exactly what the developers wanted xD), "wall humping", and elevators. All bugs in the game are there, and people tend to exploit them when they are found out, whether they be harmless texture glitches, or elevators. I've said this before, but on CoDJumper, the main purpose is to find "jumps" which can get you to cool places for fragging people. When a new "jump" is easy, people should be applauded rather than pushed into the dirt because it should be easier to do in a game. The longer I stay on this site, the less I see people care about finding easy jumps which can be used in games and more about finding jumps which are harder to do, and which no body will ever use in a real game unless they are a perfect jumper (which I have yet to see).

done, it's easy. Also, you just contradicted yourself. Since you are apparently a retard, you cannot state that something is hard or easy at all, since most things are hard for retards to do.

lol Matty.

There's 2 types of jumping in the game Infinite. And they are very easy to explain.

One is jumps which are possible in public servers (Granted, every jump on CJ is possible in public servers)
Two is basicly the same as one, but then jumps which are practically reaching a new spot, but are pretty much impossible to do in public servers.

And we all know those type of jumps.

So personally I don't care either way. Since I like doing jumps in public servers, but I also like spending my time trying to do those crazy hard jumps which you probably do one time with the CJ mod, and never again after.

Some examples are Crossfire high roof (The stacks) and the recent video about Bog and Chinatown.

I appreciate both.

Well you talk about that people find very hard jumps which are almost impossible to do in public matches where you can kill people from and that these become more populair.

That's because of bouncing. As you know some places are just so incredible hard to bounce that it's almost impossible, if not completely impossible to do it on a server without being shot at or falling to your death.

Keep in mind that in CoD1 and CoD2 the hardest type of jumps were nadejumps. And even then I could do pretty much all jumps if you're a good nadejumper.

CoD4 introduced a much harder type of jump. Imagine if bouncing was possible in CoD1 and CoD2, you could get on loads more places! But then you probably also had those incredible hard bounce spots. I'm fairly sure it's because of bouncing. Some stacks are easy like out of Ambush and some are harder.

The only reason I don't like elevators is because I suck at them because I don't have the patience to sit there and make tiny adjustments until i get my position perfect  As for what Infinite and Zait are talking about, I love jumps that are easy to do in a public match and give you ridiculous advantages, but I still love extremely hard jumps that require the use of the CJ mod (if you want to keep your sanity)
that's a nice pic and all, but out of all the pictures you could have taken why'd you take a picture of a plant? :P
-Soviet
Because plants have some really small details. If a plant comes out nice in a photo, you have yourself a good camera ;)
-Drofder 2004
Yes, but if boobs come out really well in a photo you have a picture of boobs

Discussing Marshall's new camera lol^
