The Nature of 5
5 is a glorious number, one not to be trifled with. When one reflects back on the various numbers that mankind holds dear, many may come to mind. 1 defines a single entity, a very profound number. 2 defines a pair, a common occurrence in our every day lives. 3 is a small group. 4 has fleeting significance as well. But 5, 5 is a number we can all recognize. It is a factor of so many landmarks within our number line. Without it numbers like 10, 15, and 20, indubitably important benchmarks in our uncertain and often unclear mathematical world would be forsaken in many instances to being prime. It is a lighthouse upon the eastern shore of the westernmost lands, beckoning travelers to rest their weary heads once more from the sea, and embrace the beauty that is to come from counting by 5's. 5 defines what we know as a group, it makes up what we decide to be a task force, or squad. 5 is the embodiment of wholeness in every one of us and without it, we would be lost. Lost, wandering the world of shadow. Lost, unable to break free from the otherwise insurmountable odds of small currency. And, yes, lost, lost in our search for the meaning of life. For, after all, without 5 there can be no 6, or 7. And without 7 days could God have created the earth. Or could 5 googolplex molecules explode from the center of the universe and create life as we know it today? Or could we simply have anything we have now on our sweet earth without the number 5? The answer is no. And so it is now that I bid you my brethren, my friends, my comrades to take a moment and bid homage to this beautiful number and honor that for which it stands.

Harold and Kumar Go To White Castle is one of the best comedy films I've ever seen. The second film (... Escape from Guanatenamo Bay) isn't as good, but still a reasonable film in its own right.
