What is a browser.

Not surprised. What I am surprised about is that google made their own browser instead of buying Firefox. it's the first bad decision that they've made from what I recall.

Everybody knows what a browser is. But yeh, try and explain it, I would understand if not everybody can explain it properly.

A funny thing I notice myself is that I sometimes can't find the Dutch word for an English word while my mothers tongue is Dutch... I use English that often!

you can describe it really technically - what does a browser do? lets you view pages, interprets html, and lot more
