Then there's no way to unban you, other than restarting server ( Which I highly doubt cj team will be bothered to do, as it requires lot of of time and effort, which end up quite useless, especially as they have many more important stuff to do ) I'd recomand to just have fun while waiting till your tempban expire, you should read & post on those forums meanwhile, its quite entertaining afterall
