Need Cod4 mod tools help [solved]

Ok well I downloaded the cod4 mod tools and then I placed them in my cod4 folder. But when I try to show where the files are it says that it is not a cod4 path . Is this because I have vista or am I speaking gibirsh?? Thanks.
