Actually, I was saying that CoD4 is incredibly unbalanced because people hardly use any guns, not balanced. While it is true that because of this small usage of guns the game is balanced when played with those guns, the fact that the game is not balanced throughout all the guns (and in fact so few) makes it incredibly unbalanced. Take, for example, Team Fortress 2. Imagine a TF2 where no one played Scout or Sniper because they were underpowered. Wouldn't that be an unbalanced game? The same principle applies here.

Like I said, promod comes closest to being balanced. Public play without mods is far from balanced.

That's why I took UT with Instagib as an example. Now more balanced then that is impossible since everybody is 100% the same.
