Some of the cooler Americans have manual transmission. Two of my family's cars are manual (both Mini Coopers :P )

We've got a black 06 (I think) Mini Cooper w/ checker top and a green 08 Mini Cooper S with lots of chrome stuff. They're great cars; fantastic fuel efficiency and go up to 120mph very nicely :P

When I was 6 I hopped in my mums car, pulled up the hand brake, put the car in reverse and slammed it into the gate, had nothing to do with church :P.
