Well I use it to display my system temps etc, I use it a lot. Whenever I get a new email it shows up on the keyboard, it sounds stupid, and trust me I thought it was before I got it, but it's proven to be useful.
Same. I also have my fps show on it so it is useful for benchmarking. Also, since the only clock in my room isn't easily illuminated I have the time displayed on the LCD. Oh, and I also have my RAM being displayed which is useful in various circumstances. Overall, I have found it is well worth the money.
Yep all of that, date, net use etc. I downloaded LCD Studio and created my own design, its got a main tab and a tab with temps, net, itunes, CPU info, GPU info and a game tab with fps and core/ROP clock and temp.
