I didn't bother to read the whole thing but from the gist I've come up with these 2 points.

1. Why graphics forum?
2. Mention CoDJumper.com in your videos unless you have some huge problem with us. It is a simple courtesy to the community of which you are a part of.

Personnally,

Advertising Cj wouldn't hurt you much and would probably make you even more loved in cj community.

You gotta admit that Cj taugh you how to jump and etc, and they somehow deserve credits for doing so.

However, we gotta admit that it is not compulsary to advert Cj, as they didn't help you to realise your vid. ( Other than makin a mod which you jump on, obviously. )

It's still your vid, which you worked on to realise, therefore its your choice, tho, I don't personnally see why you wouldn't.

My take on the situation...

Although courteous of you to add codjumper.com in your video somewhere, we do not ask you to do it, but if your are going to use codjumper as one of your tags, common courtesy would be to give some mention, either that or stop piggybacking using our name as your tag.

As for the video (I turned annotations off) it is actually quite nice, but I personally would have the text stationary and not linking so awkwardly to your player.

I don't really have a problem with it. I wouldn't say by any means I expect people to advertise our website in their videos, but if they do then it is greatly appreciated.

Most people do find the jumps on our website, but we don't look down on them if they don't help to advertise the website. It's simply a case of: if you don't, that's fine, if you do, great.

I also agree with what Drofder said about 'codjumper' as a tag in the video - if you use it then you should have the courtesy to provide a link to our website somewhere.

It dosnt hurt to make s short advertise to cj BUT it dosnt need... its your dicsision... CJ is just the comunity and spend the mod... what you did with that is on your own...
And for a testvideo the credit to cj dosnt matter i think...
For the final videos a credit would be cool and show that we are a comunity... if you feel you are a part of this comunity... if you dont so you dont need to do an advertise to cj

I don't think anyone is particularly, other than Ultralala. My comments and I think most people's comments in this topic refer to proper videos, not test videos, even though the original video was a test video.
