yea i know where to find them but dont know witch loads the map fast, im using haya now but thats not very fast.

Oh, loading the map fast? I thought you meant just a config that allows you to run maps fast, not actually loading the map.
I wouldn't imagine that any config can effect the amount of time it takes to load a map. It's entirely down to your PC specs (AFAIK).

I got a good PC aswell and downloaded a FPS Config and it loaded in like 1 sec. 
Before it took me about 6.

Well I use the mach3. But it kills your Graphics, but less like the yitch3. If thats a problem, then you shouldn't use it. Also it increased my FPS from average 100 to average 250. If you want it it's on the bashandslash.com Website.

Loading in CoD4 always went pretty fast here.
On CoD5 it took forever. Loaded the map and people were already busy on first round. meh.
