Dedicated, Non-dedicated, local?
Are you with a company, is it your own PC?

You need to give us info on what exactly isn't working.

basicaly. if you bought it from a company, all you gotta do is copy and paste the codjumper mod ( which you download here ) in your FTP file ( cod4 / mods etc ) thats rly simple.
And then you gotta set up command lines somewhere, but i rly forgot how and stuff.
You also have to make a rotation with FFA ( dm ) gametype ( but well, if you need help id recommand askign peds n ks, they setted it for me the first times. )

If you didnt buy it, and want it at home, just simply do mods > codjumper, and then press start new server followed by dedicated : no, adjust gametype to FFa, feel free to remove timelimit, and then you may press start to start playing.
( Tho, if you got a router you ll need to open some ports and whatever if you want your friends to join )

Well, thats basicaly it, but as i said, if you bought it from company you need to setup command line which i forgot ( and which is not on site? ) But anyawy, some1 else on forum might give you a better explanation, Gl anyway

edit: this should be the command line ( you gotta remplace ip/maxclient/port tho )

+set dedicated 2 +set net_ip 217.163.28.213 +set fs_game Mods/codjumper +set sv_maxclients 16 +set ui_maxclients 16 +set net_port 28960 +exec config.cfg +map_rotate

( cmd start up ) well it all have some diferent names depending on company
