IT WAS THE p45 MOTHERBAORD THAT WAS KILLING PC, THEY GAVE ME DIFF ONE NOW!! Sadly a loss of 200fps (only get 600-800 conatsnt in showdown use to be 800-1000) BUT OH WELL XD!!!

That makes no sense at all. Either the video card fits in the slot for it, or there isn't a slot for it. There is no such thing as computability with a video card. It died for some other reason.

yup. More than likely the video card was faulty. Either that or when the parts were put together, there was human error (such as not hooking up a power cable to something or shoving the video card into the slot, which may break the connectors).
