PHP SESSIONS - Order Form

Im trying to create a page where users can buy Game servers etc..

Iv got the order form (Works perfectly) but when i use a PHP SESSION it only takes the value.

Is there any type of code that can take the Name of a drop down menu? , instead of using PHP sessions that only take the value?
