How to change from first person spectator free?

To my knowledge you cannot free spectate a demo. Unless you filmed in free spectate (but you still cannot move manually)

oh spectate lol ok sos. But in frag movies... how do they make it so they arent in third person, but are like looking at them from a distance in 1 spot? confused!! lol
