you rendered .wmv? if yes, use megui and render .mp4 next time
you also used fraps? if yes, use cl_avidemo 200 next time
ingame sound should be recorded with sony sound forge or if you want freeware, use audacity..
oh yea and less brightness ofc... you used the movie mod for recording? its always very bright when you use this mod... i use r_gamma 0.7 i think with it
