Blueyonder do not offer that connection speed, but they offer a VERY reliable service and I have not lost connection for months. There are also no download limits.

NTL Suck, dont go near them. They have limits, they have terrible service (their telecoms is located in India), and they constantly lose connection.

Blueyonder is by far the #1 ISP.

btw, http://www.ukonline.net offer an 8mb connection, but they do not tell you their regulations until you give them a BT phone number and a postcode. (I do not use bt, so couldn't check).
