Interpretation of input is divided into two subcategories, logic and emotion. Considering that computers lack all emotion, all that is left is logic. logic contains the use of consideration of other factors than just coding and statements and such, and there has been a fail of understanding in that area.

Hence why I provided other logical reasoning. I merely used coding to help give a bit of imagery to my logic, as well as solidify it.

well but with your mind you can also be logic if you use methods to create fully logical implications without the content of them, like the Resolution rule

And Infinite, yes, a word can mean two different things, however, you failed to designate a difference in any way at all, therefore, one would logically conclude both goods mean the same thing. Therefore, your statement is illogical.

edit: You only need brackets if you use more than one line of code in your loop Infinite.
If this is the case, then you can simplify, because CoD scripting is awesome like that:

Code: Select all

good1 = "good as defined by Infinite";
good2 = "good as defined by Infinite";

if(good1 == good2)
     logical = false;
else
     logical = true;
java is better:

Code: Select all

boolean logical;
logical = "good as defined by Infinite".equals("good as defined by Infinite") ? false : true;

Explain your very clever post that didn't mean anything then :?
"making a good game doesn't make that game good."

A common definition of "good" is having desirable or positive qualities especially those suitable for a thing specified i.e. "my report card is good". going with that example, a report card can be good no matter what grades are on it. If you fail every class and are rebelling against school and want to make your parents put you in military school (although I do not know what reason a child would do that) then that is a good thing, but it can go the other way too, obviously. In which case, the word "good" is defined by the user. ...followed by some boring rant about something you think you know more about...
This paragraph needs to be broken down. Lets do it together.
Common definition of good, is positives.
No matter what you grades are, your report card can be good (<-- I think this needs to be explained further).
If you fail everything in education, things can still be good.
Good is defined by the user.

Ok, so we are up to speed.

Firstly, Good is NOT defined by the user unless its is SLANG, good is defined by a DICTIONARY, and no, not the urban kind.
Good always means positive. Under no circumstance can you use good to mean something bad, without sarcasm or slang.
Secondly, you are not proving your argument.

If the game is a positive game, then that game is positive.

Everything has its beauty but not everyone sees it.
Making a good game, is not whats good to everyone.
Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

Use anything like the ones above, but your logic stinks, and if more than one person is pointing that out to you, its time to accept it.

Just thought I'd emphasise how pointless this topic has become (not that it wasn't pointless in the first place imo).
