yes .gif seems to blur the whole image and reduce quality...but its the only animation format i know?

Ive been posting around various cod forums asking how to get fast downloads. (with urls) and i tried various things they said like seta sv_DownloadURL "blah blah blah" and other simililar command lines, but nothing works. anyone have a correct way i can do this?
