normally the movie maker are doing it with the "green map"
there is a map in cod4 where everything is green... they record on this map and then later in vegas or after effects they are keying out the green colour with the effect 'chroma keyer'..

Good video. I didn't like the brightness and zoomed in effect tho, but besides that, it's good. 2:48 can be done with a simple strafe from where u started .
