as i can remember, you can only mantle that one level... i remember finding it strange that you could pull yourself up there (awhile ago... probably when i was noclipping around), but never realized you could do it from the level below

Edit: It does work on some other ledges, seems they just used the same models on some of them as the lower level ones. Also, seems like you can mantle on that tiny bit of a ledge at the bottom of the sandbags. Once again nice find

I tried a few times but didn't have patience to get the jump right, kept jumping off or not jumping lol :p

the only reason you can mantle that ledge is because of the sandbags behind the rail. because the sandbags arent on the further up levels, you cant mantle them.
