Possible: Under Outskirts and Seelow

Yah, I haven't made a video of this yet, but my friend was driving up a steep hill in a tank when he exited. The wheels were still moving. To reposition the tank I entered when all of a sudden I was teleported under the map inside my tank! I was litterily looking around under outskirts. I am trying to find a way to make it so when I exit the tank I stay under! This also happened to me on seelow
