I do right click>misc>model and select a model and an error comes up saying this:

FATAL ERROR: Cant find shader: shader_bin/vs_3_0_5ef4016b

GetLastError() = 3
An unrecoverable error has accurred. Would you like to edit preferenes before exiting Q3Radiant?

How can I fix it?

i have the same Error , showing that. im using Vista, and im wondering if thats the problem. but it really sucks becaouse i can bearly choose anything.

Have you got the latest version installed?
