Why doesn't the text fit ? I think it does.

It just kind of looks like it is sitting in an empty space with no actual integration with the rest of the sig to me.

I like it.

The word "image", is totally cool, because there actually is NO image.

I'm going to have to say the same about your signature to be honest.

Soviet's render isn't meant to be intergrated into the background, other than by association between the character and the buildings. :S

besides, my sig sucks. I just haven't gotten around to making another one.

ONTOPIC: I like it, but some more work could be done, such as adding a gradient border to make it a little bit more alive. Also, IF you want to fade in the text with the background, I suggest you simply lower the opacity a little and maybe add a little outer glow with very small opacity and matching color..

It's not the same. Mine has a foreground-background effect whereas Xeno's is completely one thing. In essence the one he made is more like a canvas piece of art.

Needs more blue. Needs a small 1px underline or something stylish to make the text seem less of a floating distraction.

May be worth trying to add a small amount of radial or directional blur, something is not quite merging together.
