many of them brings you not forward (crash, showdown ...), you bounce only back to startpositions and this is in my eyes not new, only sinless (sry my opinion)
i mean i had see the crash one from al3x (dunno exact)
the downpour-bounce is possible without rpg ...

I think if the person found some jump independent on anyone, its new for him because he found it... Doesnt matter if the jump has been found before.

Yep, that's what I had a few times too. You didn't know someone did it before you, you maybe didn't find it first, you did find it yourself.
