Mortar's in mp

Alright..
I have Looked and Looked at the tits.. tuts* to Add the Mortars Hitting the Ground but they dont make any sence to me.
That is one of the Two things I want
I Also want the Mortar Model, so I can have Working Mortars in my map.
But One thing at a time; so can some one help me? Here
is what I want: Mortas Hitting the Ground (But not leaving Marks) and I want them to Hurt People. Please and Thank You!
