Here my comments and suggestions.

Pic 1:
Put CJ writing in top left, move CoD4 logo right and add a 'sponsored by' in small text above HG logo.
Fade all logos a little, it looks a little too happy

Pic 2:
Remove scanline from CJ logo, add blur to CoD4 logo and again do the same for HG logo.

My opinions ^^

I've just also noticed how poorly designed the '4' is. It is completely out of shape :p
Steal the one from this image, should be easy to copy out.
