Your longest strafe jump?

Hey,
I very recently started trick jumping in COD4, and im wondering how far everyone can strafe jump.
Ive been practicing my strafe jump on the map mp_gap_range and Im getting better. Just wondering what everyones best is so I can set myself a goal. Oh, and please mention what fps you where using.

im not sure but i think my best was 304 (125FPS)
but i tried it only 1 time and thats months ago^^ i dont rly like gap jumping...
ai did more then 310

hehe cool guess that means i got plenty of room for improvment
Im getting 280 atm, but im sure i can get further.

313.. to be exact.. I guess 315 will be reached when a gap map is ready for the public server (luke!?)

i made 312 on 125 fps
somehow 250 fps didnt work well on gaps

update: 307 for me. hopefully ill reach 310 tomorrow when i got some more time
