I think the upper balcony is reachable with bounce+rpg
The rpg-jump have a damage from 46 (shoot between wall and trestle)

Nice bounce, I sort of knew that car was bouncable for a long time, but it's nice to see you do it. Good find.

lol i even did that jump ( never recorded didnt got high enough ) so i tried from one story up ( u might try aswell man )

I think the roof is reachable with 333 + rpg from my start position, but it was such a hard fight to made this "simple" bounce that i stopped before my fingers would be bloody
I hope to see somebody can made it up to the roof
PS: hit the car at the right upper corner

I think it's /cg_thirdperson 1 correct me if im wrong.
