Adding Animals to maps. HELP REQ

ok ive added the Dog Model from raw/xmodel/german_shepard_dog
i did a compile and got the error below.

Image Errror Message on Compile

EDITED:
i click Model in the (N) Entity section and pointed the open box to Raw/Xmodle/ German_shepard_Dog,
Pressed Enter, saved , did Compile and on the first Compile DSB i still get the error


lol this is crazy man, ok i not sure what i did, but it went tho the DSB Compile this time, but on the Compile Reflections i got this error.

Oh well 1 thing after another.. now what do i do.lol

Dogs do not work in mp, your error though seems unrelated. Delete the dog and see if it compiles...

The Dog is there in MP, but Static, andf it's looking mean...lol ive shot it and naded the bugger and it still stands..what a bloody waist of time and effort if ya cant have a dog running after ya to bite ya ass.lol shame, i thought if working in SP GAME mode it should or would work in MP mode..

Errors have gone now but i dont think it's worth having a dog being static ,will proberly remove it tomorrow, ive not still gota sort out this pinkish problem, i done all Worldspan setting, Reflection Globs, and even checked for any dodgy prefabs,ect, but it's still pink.. dont know what wrong here, only pink in MP, it's ok in SP version,,,

The dog is just a model, to make a AI dog in SP, you will need to use an actor (I think)

I have never done SP mapping, but to add a dog actor, do the following...
- Right-click the 2D window
- Select Actor
- Then Enemy
- Then Dog.

That should spawn a dog... I think.
