Hmm, its ok, but the empty top right area makes it worse.

I actually think the empty top area is good. If you put something in there then it would look too congested and would draw attention away from the main image on the left. That's just filling up space for the sake of it.

You dont add anything there, it WILL be to congested.
You need to break up the colours, use diagonal scan lines, or a bit of extra text, all that empty space, with a very blurry background, actually draws you away from the image on the left.
